Please note that Items purchased on a discounted price have to be sent for exchange by the customer on their own expense. The brand will not be liable for reverse pickups for those items. Also discounted items can only be exchanged and not returned.

You have 5 days to return your shoes after purchase to exchange for a new pair.

All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.

Please save your shoe dust bags and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.

Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.

We do reserve the right for rejecting the product for returns and exchange if the shoes are in worn condition.

We need a video of the unboxing of the product. Which will be later used for reviewing your return request

In case of a return, you can opt for a Credit Note which will be provided to you in form of a coupon code once we receive the article. Please note that we do not provide a cash refund.
